(ANS – São Gabriel da Cachoeira) – The Perpetual Profession of Justino de Jesus Massa Castro was celebrated on 31 January 2026 in the city of São Gabriel da Cachoeira/AM, in the heart of the Brazilian Amazon. Originally from Pari-Cachoeira, a district belonging to the same municipality, the young Salesian saw his story of faith definitively intertwined with Don Bosco’s mission in this moment of profound solemnity and grace. The celebration was presided over by Bishop Raimundo Vanthuy Neto, Bishop of the Diocese of São Gabriel da Cachoeira, while the religious vows were received by Fr Felipe Bauzière, Superior of the Province of Manaus Brazil (BMA).
