SMD 2026 celebrates missionary solidarity and, in particular, the contribution of the Salesian Mission Offices.
Everyone has something to give: time, listening, energy, joy, hope… As a wise Mapuche leader from Patagonia says: “No one is so poor that they have nothing to give, and no one is so rich that they have nothing to receive”.
In the Salesian mission, this solidarity becomes concrete, and the Salesian Missionary Offices, living expressions of Don Bosco’s charism, connect local realities with global networks. It is not only about gathering resources, but about building a culture of shared responsibility.
