(ANS – Piła) – On 27 and 28 March 2026, the Salesian Youth Movement of the Piła Province held a day of Lenten retreat in Kraków. Over 120 people attended the re-enactment of the Mystery of the Passion of Christ and the persecution of Christians. Fr Grzegorz Chmieliński, SDB, gave a talk on the courage to profess one’s faith and to profess oneself to Jesus and the Church. Fr Dawid Jakubiak, SDB, whilst adoring the Blessed Sacrament, guided those present to fo deep into their souls, examining their consciences. Before the blessing, he led everyone in the Exercise for a Happy Death. Fr Mariusz Wencławek, SDB, presided over Mass, whilst Fr Krzysztof Tomeczkowski, SDB, head of youth ministry at the PLN parish, delivered a homily on the necessity of faith in God and Christian courage.
