(ANS – Panama City) – The Pre-CampoBosco 2026 took place on Saturday 11 April, a day of preparation for the working committees and volunteers who will serve at the 2026 Provincial CampoBosco. The meeting allowed participants to review the camp’s overall organisation, finalise logistical and pastoral details, and share working methods to strengthen the teams’ service. A session inspired by the Rector Major’s 2026 Strenna was also held, which helped to focus the event’s mission on the Salesian accompaniment of young people. One of the highlights was the official launch of the CampoBosco 2026 anthem, which filled the participants with enthusiasm and strengthened their sense of belonging to this great provincial experience. The day concluded with a time of Eucharistic adoration, during which the fruits of this youth gathering were entrusted to God. The 2026 Provincial CampoBosco will take place from 24 to 26 April in Colón, Panama, and will bring together 400 young people from the Salesian Youth Movement and the associated groups of the Salesian houses in the six countries of the Central American Province: Panama, El Salvador, Honduras, Guatemala, Nicaragua and Costa Rica.
