(ANS – Lawaan) – The Knights of the Altar (KOA) of the Don Bosco – Lourdes Youth Centre successfully organised the second edition of the KOA Basketball Cup 2026, held from 17 May to 5 June 2026 at the DBYC-Lourdes sports hall. The tournament brought together six teams from various Salesian centres and neighbouring parishes. The event was organised to bring together the young Knights of the Altar through sport. It gave them the opportunity to meet new friends, strengthen their brotherhood, work as a team and enjoy healthy competition. Through basketball, the participants were able to develop discipline, sportsmanship and unity, representing their respective parishes and Salesian centres. Beyond the results and the awards, this tournament was a perfect opportunity to forge friendships, strengthen the sense of brotherhood and grow together in the spirit of sportsmanship, teamwork and the Salesian Family.
