(ANS – Rangajan) – DB Tech Rangajan celebrated the graduation of 40 young trainees during a graduation ceremony, which marked the successful completion of its work-oriented vocational training programmes and reinforced its commitment to improving young people’s employability through skills development. The group of graduates comprised 20 trainees who completed a 79-day course for four-wheeled vehicle maintenance technicians and 20 who completed a 75-day course for customer service staff (catering sector). The training, which began on 30 April 2026, was led by technical trainers Bikram Kalita and Raynald Donn Marbaniang, support trainer Atheni Florence, and programme coordinator Vadakkevettuvazhiyil Sunny Joseph, a Salesian. One of the highlights of the ceremony was the presentation of job offers and letters of appointment. The hospitality trainees have secured positions with various leading brands in the sector across the country. Finally, addressing the young people, the organisers encouraged them to maintain a professional attitude, demonstrating discipline, dedication and a commitment to excellence as they embark on their careers.
