(ANS -Yupia) – A two-day youth camp organised by Don Bosco Youth Centre (DBYC), Tigdo, Yupia, brought together 64 Catholic youth on July 11–12 to deepen their faith and foster Christian leadership. Held under the theme “Rooted in Faith, Growing in Grace,” the camp was led by Salesian priests Fr Sunny Minj, Fr C.D. Mathai, and Fr C.C. Jose, with support from youth leaders Techi Anung, Gollo Yadap, and Nabam Philip. The programme focused on three themes—Rooted in Faith, Growing in Grace, and Walk with Christ—and included catechetical sessions, leadership formation, group discussions, prayer, and personal testimonies. Organisers said the initiative aimed at strengthening spiritual foundations while preparing youth to be active witnesses in their families, parishes, and society. The camp concluded with participants expressing renewed commitment to Christian values and service, reflecting a collaborative effort by Salesian mentors, youth leaders, and parents to form responsible young leaders.
