(ANS – Cebu) – During a ceremony held on 5 July 2026, the Don Bosco Technical College in Cebu officially installed the new Parents, Teachers and Community Association Council (PTCA). The installation ceremony highlighted the vital role of parents as partners in the Salesian educational mission. Led by the school management, the Board members took an oath, pledging to serve the school community faithfully, to promote collaboration between parents and educators, and to support programmes that contribute to the holistic formation of every ‘Bosconian’. The school management expressed its gratitude to the parents for generously accepting the responsibility of leadership and service. Inspired by the spirit of St John Bosco, the newly installed Council members were encouraged to strengthen bonds of collaboration, foster open communication and work together to create a welcoming environment, rich in faith and centred on the students. The ceremony concluded with a prayer that God might guide and bless the PTCA Council and the class coordinators as they begin their mission in the service of Don Bosco Technical College community for the 2026–2027 academic year.
