Interamerica – January 2026 – On Tuesday 21 January, the Fourth Module of the School for Formators of the Association of Salesian Cooperators of the Interamerica Region took place. On this occasion the Salesian dimension was explored in depth, under the motto ‘Educating by evangelising, evangelising by educating’. The aim of this module was to reaffirm the Salesian identity of the formator as a disciple of Don Bosco, capable of animating the formation processes with joy, closeness and the pedagogy of love, starting from the Preventive System and Salesian youth spirituality. The presentation was given by Malú Zárate, Salesian Cooperator from El Salvador. The School of Formation for Formators is structured in five modules, designed to strengthen our skills as educators and leaders, and will take place over the course of a year, with quarterly meetings. Sixty-four formators from different countries in the region participated in this fourth module, reaffirming their shared commitment to the Salesian mission and quality formation.
