New Delhi, India – January 2026 – The three-day Homelink National Formation programme on ‘Sustainable Digital Innovation for Data-driven Organisational Transformation’ was organised by the DB YaR Forum from 19 to 21 January, bringing together directors, coordinators and delegates from the Homelink Hub and YaR Forum from across the country. The programme provided a national platform to reflect on how digital systems can improve planning, accountability and child-centred services within the Homelink network. Key outcomes of the programme included strengthened leadership capacity in data-driven decision-making, the formulation of strategic action plans at province level, increased awareness of data protection and ethical accountability, and a renewed commitment to accountability and coordinated action.
