(ANS – Campinas) – On 8 February, the new Provincial Council of the Association of Mary Help of Christians (ADMA) in the Salesian Province of São Paulo took office during the Eucharistic celebration held in the parish of Our Lady Help of Christians in Campinas. The celebration was attended by about 150 members, in an atmosphere of joy and Salesian celebration. The council officially received its mandate during Holy Mass, presided over by the Provincial of BSP, Fr Alexandre Luís de Oliveira, concelebrated by Fr Vinícius Ricardo, Spiritual Animator of ADMA, and by various local Salesian animators. The Daughters of Mary Help of Christians (FMA) of Araras were also present to strengthen the spirit of family and charismatic communion. Among its most important missions, the council is responsible for guiding the Association in the Salesian charism, living the devotion to Mary Help of Christians, for the 2026-2029 term.
