(ANS – Cuba) – On Sunday 8 February, during the National Congress of Cuba, the new National Council was elected for the three-year period 2026-2029. The Council is composed as follows: National Coordinator: Yenkys González; Administration: Bety Abreu; Secretary: María Rafaela Martínez; Formation: Yurguit Estrada; Communication: Guilber Santana; Vocational and Fraternal Life: Elizabeth Núñez; Youth Ministry and Family Ministry: Enzo Hidalgo. Local councillors from various centres on the island participated in this meeting, strengthening the spirit of communion and shared responsibility.
