(ANS – Bogotá) – The First Provincial Congress on Human Resource Management 2026, organised by the Provincial Directorate of Human Resource Management, was held in Bogotá on 19 and 20 February. The event brought together human resource management leaders from local Salesian communities, as well as representatives from Salesian and non-Salesian organisations, in a space for professional development, collaboration, and institutional planning. During the sessions, formation workshops focused on the evolution and trends of Human Resource Management 6.0, addressing the integration of digital innovation, data intelligence, organisational culture, and holistic well-being as strategic pillars for the present and future of the institution. Strategic indicators such as turnover, absenteeism, and recruitment costs, key elements for data-driven decision-making, were also explored. The meeting included a session dedicated to Occupational Health and Safety Management, with a focus on preventing workplace harassment, strengthening respectful work environments, and promoting mental well-being as a central pillar of organisational culture. Finally, the strategic vision for Human Resources Management 2026-2032 and the Annual Action Plan were presented, together with the restructuring of a digital tool designed to translate the strategy into concrete, measurable, and impactful actions.
