(ANS – Goa) –  A two-day seminar–cum–workshop on Salesian Pedagogy was held on February 19–20 at the Don Bosco Provincial House, Odxel, Goa, bringing together 48 priests, religious, collaborators, and teachers from across the Province. The programme aimed to deepen participants’ understanding of Don Bosco’s educational vision and renew their commitment to the Salesian mission in contemporary educational settings. Animated by Fr. John Parankimalil, Secretary of SPCSA and Coordinator of Education and Culture for South Asia, along with other facilitators, the workshop explored the Preventive System, the pedagogy of presence, and accompaniment. Through interactive discussions, group work, and practical reflections, participants rediscovered the heart of Salesian education as a vocation grounded in reason, religion, and loving-kindness. The programme concluded with the distribution of certificates, and participants expressed appreciation for the enriching experience, noting that it strengthened their enthusiasm to live and transmit Don Bosco’s educational charism.
