(ANS – Caracas) – A meeting of the Salesian Family Council of the Province of Venezuela (VEN) was held in an atmosphere of fraternity and pastoral commitment, also involving the Provincial, Fr Rafael Montenegro. The main objective of the day was to evaluate the progress made and coordinate the next steps of the congregation in serving young people. During the session, a careful evaluation was made of the materials sent as contributions to the Rector Major’s Strenna 2026 and the Novena of Don Bosco, fundamental tools for formation and the Salesian spirit in the various communities. One of the key items on the agenda was the presentation of the responses and conclusions drawn from the material discussed in previous meetings of the Salesian Family. These reflections make it possible to adapt accompaniment strategies and ensure that the Salesian message reaches its recipients in an effective and relevant way. Towards the end of the day, the next meetings and joint actions were defined, establishing a clear roadmap to strengthen unity among the different groups of the Salesian Family.
