(ANS – Tlaquepaque) – On February 27, 2026, the 2026 Curatorium was held at the Salesian Theological Seminary of Tlaquepaque, Jalisco. Fr Hugo Orozco, Regional Councilor for Interamerica, and the Provincials: Fr Líder Justiniano Flores (Bolivia – BOL); Fr José Pastor Ramírez (Antilles – ANT); Fr Juan Aarón Cerezo (Mexico–Mexico City – MEM); and Fr Francisco Cervantes (Mexico–Guadalajara – MEG) were present along with other members of the MEG Provincial Council: Fr Agapito Espinoza, SDB, Delegate for Youth Ministry; Fr Jorge Mejía, SDB, Economer; and Fr Felipe Carranza, SDB; together with Fr Francisco Ávila, SDB, Economer of MEM; Fr Sonel Romain, SDB, Vicar of the Haiti Visitatoria (HAI); and members of the theologate community. In an atmosphere of fraternity, listening, and reflection, the meeting opened with the invocation of the Holy Spirit, followed by the evaluation of the Community Life Project and reports on the progress of the house. During the Curatorium, participants reflected on both the richness and the challenge of forming an international and intercultural community, as well as on the shared responsibility of all Provinces in the formation and accompaniment of theology students. Finally, Fr Hugo Orozco, SDB, read the minutes and outlined the agreements reached by the Provincials.
