(ANS) – As part of the pastoral campaign “Protagonists of History,” the ADOS and PREAS meetings were held last weekend in Soto del Real and Arévalo respectively. These events offered moments of sharing faith experiences and strengthened the participants’ sense of identity and belonging to the Salesian family, helping them continue to grow in their journey of faith formation. In Soto del Real, students from the 9th and 10th grades experienced their meeting under the theme “Protagonist of Your Life.” A total of 236 people, including young participants and youth animators, took part in the experience. During the sessions, participants carried out an in-depth “check-up” of their daily habits, analyzing certain habits and sometimes harmful “side effects.” At the end of the reflection, they discovered that the best remedy for their lives is always Jesus. Meanwhile, the city of Arévalo hosted preadolescents from the third and fourth years of secondary school. With the motto “Protagonists of History,” the centers shared days marked by communion and prayer. Moments dedicated to Reconciliation and the celebration of the Eucharist were also very meaningful for the more than 230 preadolescents who participated in the meeting.
