(ANS – Tijuana) – Last month, 18 students from St Francis High School, Salesian College Preparatory, the school that prepares young people for college, belonging to the Salesian Province of the United States West (SUO), accompanied by two members from the school, travelled to Tijuana, Mexico, to encounter Christ in the faces of those who are often overlooked. During their visit, the students spent time with the homeless, visited orphanages, and devoted themselves to prayer, reflection, and service. The experience taught them to put the Gospel into practice, to inspire others with tenderness, to serve with courage, and to leave a lasting mark.
