(ANS – Campo Grande) – More than a thousand young people took part, on Saturday 14 March 2026, in the 10th edition of “Aviva” at the Parish of Mary Help of Christians in Campo Grande. The event, organised by the parish’s Salesian Youth Movement (SYM), brought together young people from various cities for a day of spirituality, fraternity and activities, inspired by the Rector Major’s 2026 Strenna: “Do whatever he tells you. Believers, free to serve”. During the morning, participants were directed to themed rooms which introduced the young people to various expressions of Salesian spirituality and mission, with content on history, vocation and participation in the life of the Church. Among the topics presented were initiatives by the Youth Ministry, ADMA, the Salesian Cooperators and the FMA, as well as sessions led by Salesian postnovices and the Ministry of Listening. In the afternoon, the event offered recreational activities, moments of reflection and the celebration of Mass presided over by Fr Giulio Boffi, which brought the participants together in a central moment of faith and communion. The moment most eagerly awaited by the young people was the concert by the Colo de Deus Catholic Community, one of the best-known bands in contemporary Catholic music in Brazil.
