(ANS – Macas) – The Salesian Community of Macas celebrated an Easter marked by service and hope, placing the active participation of young people at the centre, in keeping with Don Bosco’s vision. Mission in the Amazon: The pre-volunteers experienced evangelisation and fraternity in the Achuar communities of Pumpuentsa and Wasurak, strengthening their journey of discernment through listening and practical service. Vitality of the Oratory: At the “Father Luis Bozza” Oratory, over 50 youth leaders led celebrations for hundreds of children and young people, transforming faith into moments of prayer, reflection and shared joy. The initiative reaffirmed the identity of a “Church that goes forth”, where the trust placed in young people is transformed into missionary creativity and dedication to others.
