(ANS – Córdoba) – The Valley of the Immaculate Conception, in Córdoba, provided the setting for the “Dreamers” Experience, a space for encounter and formation that brought together around 60 young people from the Salesian Youth Movement (SYM) of the Central Zone. The participants came from the communities of Colonia Vignaud, Don Bosco Parish, San Antonio de Padua, San Ambrosio, Ceferino Namuncurá Parish in Río Tercero and Pius X Parish. Under the motto “Meet, Listen, Dream and Transform”, the programme was structured around morning workshops and afternoon “Toolboxes”, focusing on musical performances, new spaces for play and managing service situations. The atmosphere of prayer and celebration allowed participants to entrust every moment into God’s hands, joyfully experiencing an event which, for many, proved highly enriching for building relationships. The formation they received and the sharing of experiences renewed the young people’s commitment to educating and accompanying others in their communities. Convinced that giving and giving of oneself is a choice of love, the young people returned to their communities to continue dreaming together with those who need them most.
