(ANS – Campos do Jordão) – On 7 and 8 April 2026, the annual meeting of Human Resources and Social Services professionals from the houses and presences of the Salesian Province of São Paulo Brazil (BSP) was held at Vila Dom Bosco, in Campos do Jordão – SP. The meeting was characterised by a warm welcome, fraternity, spirituality and sharing, fostering the strengthening of bonds and integration between the various sectors, in line with the common mission of Salesian action. Among the joint presentations, the presentation of the 2026 Strenna and the discussion on the theme “Emotional Health and Well-being at Work” stood out, offering a space for shared reflection and institutional alignment among the participants. Each area explored specific content relating to its own field of work. Social Services reflected on the contemporary challenges of the profession, on inter-sectoral collaboration in practice, and on issues relating to equity, diversity and inclusion. The Human Resources department addressed the importance of organisational climate surveys, psychosocial risks in light of the NR-1 standard, and innovations relating to Artificial Intelligence and so-called technological HR. The event reaffirmed the commitment to the continuous formation of employees, integration between departments and the promotion of increasingly human and collaborative working environments.
