(ANS – Hyderabad) – For the students of Don Bosco School in Moti Nagar, Hyderabad, the future has arrived in their classrooms. The school has become the first in the India-Hyderabad province to forge a partnership with International STEAM Research (ISR) in the United States, offering young students practical, experiential learning focused on Artificial Intelligence and STEAM subjects. The collaboration promises to go beyond rote learning, immersing students in robotics, programming, virtual reality and Artificial Intelligence – skills aligned with India’s National Education Policy (NEP 2020) and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. Fr Peter Gopu, Rector of the Don Bosco School, described the initiative as transformative, emphasising the Salesian school’s commitment to creating a “psychologically safe” environment where students can experiment without fear of failure. As Aristotle once observed: “What we must learn to do, we learn by doing”. The Don Bosco School in Moti Nagar is putting this wisdom into practice, giving its students the tools to reshape the future.
