(ANS – São Paulo) – The Salesian Family Spirituality Day of Brazil’s São Paulo (BSP) Province took place on 25 April 2026, in Campos Elíseos, São Paulo – SP. Around three hundred people took part in the event, representing the various groups of the Salesian Family present in the BSP Province. The day’s activities began at the Shrine of the Sacred Heart of Jesus with a Eucharistic Celebration presided over by the Provincial Superior of the BSP Province, Fr Alexandre Luís de Oliveira, and concelebrated by Fr Ademar Pereira de Souza and Fr Cássio Rodrigo de Oliveira. Following this, at the Grande Otelo Theatre, within the Sacred Heart of Jesus High School complex, Fr Cássio Rodrigo de Oliveira gave a talk on “A dream that embraces the world: 150 years of the First Expedition and the Missionary Identity of the Salesian Family”. In the afternoon, the participants visited the Museum of Salesian Works in Brazil (MOSB), followed by moments of recreation and spirituality, such as the recitation of the Rosary and adoration of the Blessed Sacrament.
