(ANS – Jaboatão dos Guararapes) – From 18 to 20 May 2026, headteachers, pedagogical, pastoral, administrative and communications coordinators from the schools of the St Aloysius Gonzaga Province in Recife, Brazil (BRE), took part in the Enarse/Enel Regional Meetings in Jaboatão dos Guararapes (PE), organised by the Salesian Network of Brazil (RSB). The meeting brought together representatives from various areas of Salesian school management for a time of formation, reflection and collective development. With a theme centred on strengthening educational and institutional processes, Enarse’s main objective was to deepen the study of the Institutional Parameters of Educational Quality present in the RSB Curriculum, as well as to promote debates on contemporary challenges in education and the collaborative development of the National Matrix of Indicators. The programme included formation sessions, celebratory events, group work and plenary sessions, involving those responsible for leadership, pedagogical management, pastoral care, communication, and administrative and financial management. Over the three days, participants shared their experiences in schools, analysed priority indicators and discussed strategies to strengthen the identity and quality of Salesian education.
