(ANS – Mawlai) – In a solemn celebration on 23 May 2026, thirteen young Salesians made their Perpetual Profession at Savio Juniorate, Mawlai, offering their lifelong “Yes” to God in the spirit of St. John Bosco. The Eucharist was presided over by Fr. John Zosiama, SDB, Provincial of the Shillong Province, who received their vows. The newly professed Salesians came from the Shillong, Dimapur, and Kolkata Provinces. In his homily, Fr. Zosiama described their generous response as a sign of hope and a reminder that God continues to call young people to collaborate in His saving mission through the charism of Don Bosco.
