(ANS – Los Teques) – The La Macarena retreat house hosted the National Meeting of Salesian Educational Institutions from 2 to 4 June 2026. The event brought together the key leaders of the network’s institutions with the firm aim of consolidating and evaluating the results of the 2025–2026 academic year, as well as outlining the prospects for the 2026–2027 period. The meeting took place in an atmosphere of synergy and Salesian spirituality, centred on sharing management reports from each institution and exchanging good pedagogical and pastoral practices. Through working groups and formation spaces, participants agreed on the importance of continuing to innovate in the classroom without losing sight of the human and Christian approach that characterises the Salesian approach. With the conclusions drawn from this National Meeting, the network of Salesian schools reaffirms its commitment to offering quality education, capable of responding to the challenges of the current context and continuing to form “good Christians and honest citizens”.
