(ANS – Heredia) – The 2026 Inter-Conciliar Meeting was held at the San Benito Spirituality Centre in Heredia, Costa Rica from 14 to 16 June 2026. The meeting brought together the councils of the Salesians of Don Bosco, the Daughters of Mary Help of Christians and the Daughters of the Divine Saviour working in Central America, with the aim of strengthening communion, encouraging inter-provincial educational and pastoral processes, and enhancing the formation of the Provincial Councils to consolidate their identity as part of the Salesian Family. The participants shared moments of prayer, formation, dialogue and fraternity. They also presented the contexts in which they work, their formation programmes, ongoing projects and experiences of shared mission in Central America. The programme included formation sessions on the identity, organisation and leadership structure of the Salesian Family, as well as opportunities to plan potential joint initiatives for the future.
