(ANS – Chennai) – The two-day Annual Meeting of INM School Principals and Headmasters was held at the Salesian Provincial House on 19–20 June, bringing together leaders of Salesian educational institutions for reflection and planning. The gathering opened with the Eucharistic celebration presided over by the Provincial, Fr Don Bosco. Sessions led by the Provincial focused on personal well-being, spiritual life, apostolic commitment and community living in the light of PC 2022. A group discussion on best practices and the characteristics of high-performing Salesian schools offered practical insights and motivation. On the second day, inputs from the Vice Provincial, Fr John Alex, and the Economer, Fr John Britto, addressed leadership and administrative clarity, while Mr Kabir, CEO, Chennai, delivered an engaging and inspirational session. Various Youth Ministry departments presented future plans, seeking collaboration from school heads. The meeting concluded with key reminders and a renewed commitment to collaboration and excellence in Salesian education.
