(ANS – Dimapur) – The “AIDA Don Bosco” job placement network, in collaboration with the District Employment Office (Career Guidance Centre – MCC) in Dimapur, organised a recruitment event that connected job-seeking candidates with opportunities offered by “Talent Acquaintance” for “Sagility”, Bengaluru. The event attracted considerable interest amongst young jobseekers across the region, with 135 candidates registering and taking part in the selection process. The initiative offered a streamlined recruitment experience, enabling candidates to manage all stages of the recruitment process in a single location. Following a thorough assessment, over 25 participants were offered jobs and immediately received their letters of appointment. The initiative highlighted the importance of collaboration in bridging the gap between jobseekers and employers, whilst expanding access to meaningful employment in Nagaland. The organisers stated that such initiatives are creating concrete and vital opportunities, helping to tackle unemployment and connect local talent with industry leaders.
