(ANS – Vienna) – Once again this year, the latest edition of ‘Salefest’ proved to be a great success, despite the rain and bad weather that characterised the day. What made this occasion even more memorable, however, were the celebrations marking the 17th anniversary of the “Sale Für Alle” Youth Centre. This centre plays a vital role in the city of Vienna: designed for children and young people, it offers a space for mutual social learning, provides activities designed to contribute to holistic development, and promotes the socio-political engagement of the volunteers who take part. To mark the centre’s first 17 years, a party open to all was organised, during which young people took part in craft activities, exciting workshops, a football tournament and a mini-Olympics. The grand finale was provided by the circus troupe “Zirkus Giovanni”. With their impressive circus and pyrotechnic display, they thrilled numerous children, teenagers and parents, making the evening an unforgettable experience. “A heartfelt thank you goes to all the visitors and the many volunteers,” write the organisers. “It is only thanks to your commitment and support that the party was such a great success. It is wonderful to see how, year after year, this party stands as a living testament to the fact that community, cohesion and harmonious coexistence are possible.”
