Ver\u017eej, Slovenia \u2013 January 2026 \u2013 Traditionally, the second weekend of January is reserved for young people from Salesian presences in Slovenia who are undertaking or are already on the formation path to become Salesian leaders. This year, over 130 young people gathered in Marijani\u0161\u010de Ver\u017eej between 9 and 11 January, organised by the Youth Ministry Office of the Salesian Province of Slovenia (SLO). The young people and Salesians spent an intense period of learning, socialising and spiritual deepening, discovering Don Bosco, his educational system and his leadership skills. The Vice-Provincial of SLO, Fr Alojzij Dobravec, SDB, inspired the young people during the closing Mass to become joyful Christians, zealous in doing good and role models for all those they meet as leaders.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
