Panjim, India \u2013 January 2026 \u2013 Youth Ministry Delegates from the Salesian Province of Panjim-Konkan gathered at Don Bosco, Fatorda, on 16 January to examine the current state of youth ministry in the Province and to draw up a coordinated pastoral plan for the year 2026-2027. The meeting brought together representatives from most of the Salesian communities in the Province, demonstrating a strong collective commitment to youth-centred pastoral work. The session began with the Vice-Provincial, Fr Banzelao Teixeira, presenting the Rector Major’s Strenna 2026 from a youth ministry perspective, setting a reflective and mission-oriented tone for the deliberations. One of the main objectives of the meeting was to clarify the processes and structures that guide youth ministry in the Provincial context.
