Bangkok, Thailand \u2013 January 2026 \u2013 On 24 January, more than 150 members of the Salesian Family in Thailand participated in the Salesian Family Spirituality Day, hosted this year by the Daughters of Mary Help of Christians [DQM] at the Phramaemareesathon School in Bangkok. The event was coordinated by Fr Dominic Suphot Riungam, Provincial Delegate for the Salesian Family in Thailand. The main activity was the presentation of the 2026 Strenna of the Rector Major, Fr Fabio Attard, \u2018Do whatever he tells you \u2013 Free believers to serve\u2019, by Fr Joseph Banchong Santisukniran. This was followed by a Mass of thanksgiving presided over by the Bishop Emeritus of the Diocese of Suratthani, Bishop Joseph Prathan Sridarunsil, SDB, and concelebrated by Fr Anthony Boonlert Paneetatthayasai, Superior of the Salesian Province of Thailand (THA), and Salesian priests. On this occasion, the members of the Salesian Family joined together in congratulating the bishop on the celebration of his 50 years of priesthood. During the Eucharistic celebration, Bishop Joseph Prathan Sridarunsil offered some reflections for the feast of St. Francis de Sales and Salesian Family Day, concluding with a wish: \u2018May the inspiration that St Francis de Sales was for Don Bosco also become an inspiration for all of us.\u2019<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
