The event was organised by the Provincial Delegate for Formation, Fr C&aacute;ssio Rodrigo de Oliveira, and attended by the Provincial, Fr Alexandre Lu&iacute;s de Oliveira, together with members of the commission and representatives of Salesians in Initial Formation. The first day was devoted to the study and in-depth examination of the Ratio, with particular attention to &ldquo;Walking together in the Church and in the Congregation&rdquo;. An online session was held with Fr Cl&aacute;udio Motta and Fr Tiago Eliomar, who addressed the programme of the Youth Ministry Frame of Reference in Salesian Formation. The Salesians in formation had the opportunity to express their reflections in writing, actively contributing to the formation process. The programme for the second day was focused on preparing for the next Formation Meeting and the meeting of formators, who presented detailed reports on the various stages of formation, including ongoing formation.
