The key players were the students from the commercial sector, who transformed the centre&rsquo;s workshops into a vibrant space, open to the local community and brought to life by relationships, skills and awareness. A genuine real-world learning environment, where formation became a concrete experience. In keeping with the educational tradition of the Salesians of Don Bosco, the initiative successfully combined professional development with personal growth. The young people, accompanied by their formators, experienced first-hand what it means to work responsibly and with consideration for others. The official opening featured speeches by Valeria Teti, director of CNOS-FAP in Serravalle, Mauro Cerone, project manager at CNOS-FAP for the Piedmont Region, and Giuseppe Puonzo, director of communications at CNOS-FAP Piedmont. Particularly significant was the collaboration with a local business involved in materials recovery, which offered students the opportunity to engage with a concrete model of the circular economy.
