{"id":1034107,"date":"2026-04-15T22:00:00","date_gmt":"2026-04-15T20:00:00","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"-0001-11-30T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"-0001-11-29T22:00:00","slug":"trans-27711-1","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/infoans.news\/en\/trans-27711-1\/","title":{"rendered":"Philippines \u2013 2026 National Assembly Days: Renew, Serve and Shine!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>(ANS &ndash; Pampanga) &ndash;<\/strong> Representatives of the Salesian Youth Movement from the FIN and FIS provinces of the Salesians of Don Bosco and the FIL province of the FMA gathered at MHCS Pampanga Inc. for the 2026 National Assembly Days (NAD).&nbsp;Guided by the theme &ldquo;Renew: Serve and Shine!&rdquo;, the young leaders gathered in a spirit of synodality, reflection and mission. The programme was introduced by FIL delegates JL Omang and Kyle Egoy, followed by a recap of NAD 2023 by Daryl Torreon, and the opening address by Sister Sheila Ducot, FMA. The sessions were facilitated by Drew Velasquez and Dhale Tubig of Bukal ng Tipan, who emphasised synodality as a path to renewal. The delegates presented the results of the SYM survey and revisited the SYM Handbook, reflecting on their identity and mission in light of the Five Elements of a Synodal Church. On the second day, participants continued the sessions with group discussions and presentations, proposing initiatives for the movement&rsquo;s growth. Chadrix Ta&ntilde;ada presented the various manuals for youth groups created by the FIN Province for One SYM. The &ldquo;One SYM&rdquo; Coordination Team then held a meeting to plan the movement&rsquo;s next steps for the coming months.
