{"id":1034647,"date":"2026-04-26T22:00:00","date_gmt":"2026-04-26T22:00:00","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"-0001-11-30T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"-0001-11-30T00:00:00","slug":"trans-27822-1","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/infoans.news\/en\/trans-27822-1\/","title":{"rendered":"Colombia \u2013 First Meeting of Artistic Leaders and Bands of the Salesian Province of Bogot\u00e1"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>(ANS &ndash; Bogot&aacute;) &ndash;<\/strong> The first meeting of Directors of the Symphonic Band Programme and those responsible for the Arts Sector of the Bogot&aacute; Colombia Province( COB)&nbsp; took place with a view to strengthening the artistic and musical identity of Salesian communities by promoting joint work with a real impact on the lives of children, adolescents and young people. The meeting began with a review of the progress made by the Salesian Arts Sector (SASI), providing an understanding of its development, structure and current direction. The session highlighted that art in Salesian works is part of an organised process that seeks educational excellence and holistic support rooted in the Salesian charism. Throughout the day, opportunities were created for reflection on the importance of networking and collaboration with strategic partners, recognising that the growth of the arts sector requires openness, dialogue and joint development. The value of art as a tool for social transformation was also explored, viewing symphonic bands and cultural spaces as settings where young people not only develop skills but also express their reality, build their identity and shape their lives. Finally, the meeting focused on strengthening capacities in cultural management and sustainability.
