The event was attended by the Bishop of Ja&eacute;n, Sebasti&aacute;n Chico Mart&iacute;nez, the city&rsquo;s mayor, Julio Mill&aacute;n, members of the city council, representatives of the Salesian community, young people, families and numerous residents of the neighbourhood. During the ceremony, a commemorative monument dedicated to St John Bosco was also unveiled.
