{"id":1036816,"date":"2026-06-07T22:00:00","date_gmt":"2026-06-07T22:00:00","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"-0001-11-30T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"-0001-11-30T00:00:00","slug":"trans-28272-1","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/infoans.news\/en\/trans-28272-1\/","title":{"rendered":"Spain \u2013 End-of-Year Regional Council Meeting of the Salesian Cooperators"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>(ANS &ndash; Madrid)<\/strong> &ndash; On 6 and 7 June, the end-of-year meeting of the Regional Council was held at the Divina Pastora House in Madrid, attended by around 40 Salesian Cooperators from the Iberian Region. Convened by Borja P&eacute;rez, World Councillor for the Iberian Region until last May and now World Coordinator of the Association, the Council was attended by the region&rsquo;s seven provincial coordinators, provincial delegates, several provincial councillors and members of the Regional Secretariat (SER). During the meeting, the SER&rsquo;s annual report was presented; it was agreed to hold a Regional Congress on 7 and 8 November in Madrid, where a new World Councillor for the Region will be elected; a review was made of the experiences of the 6th World Congress and, after a moment of reflection, a group of participants in the Council joined Pope Leo XIV&rsquo;s Vigil with over half a million young people on the streets of Madrid.
