Under the theme &lsquo;<em>Fraternal leadership and service: communicating, relating and building community<\/em>&rsquo;, the meeting brought together around 80 participants, including Salesian Cooperators, aspirants and friends of Don Bosco. The activities began with the celebration of Holy Mass, presided over by the BSP Provincial, Fr Alexandre Lu&iacute;s de Oliveira, marking the start of a formation programme aimed at strengthening leadership in the light of Salesian values. This was followed by various talks, focusing on topics such as affective communication, managing hierarchies, and challenges and responsibilities in community and pastoral contexts. The meeting was also attended by Fr Lu&iacute;s Ant&ocirc;nio Amiranda, SDB, Delegate for the Salesian Family, and Sandra Regina dos Santos, a Salesian Cooperator from Itaja&iacute; (SC), who took part in the activities and contributed to the moments of sharing and fellowship.
