Nairobi, Kenia – enero de 2026 – Recientemente concluy\u00f3 en Nairobi el segundo Taller de Formaci\u00f3n para los directores de las inspector\u00edas salesianas franc\u00f3fonas de \u00c1frica y Madagascar. Este programa de siete d\u00edas reuni\u00f3 a los nuevos directores. El Taller fue organizado por el Centro de Formaci\u00f3n Salesiano para \u00c1frica y Madagascar (Don Bosco SAFCAM) y se desarroll\u00f3 en franc\u00e9s, espec\u00edficamente para las inspector\u00edas de las dos regiones de \u00c1frica y Madagascar. Ofreci\u00f3 a los participantes un espacio de reflexi\u00f3n, aprendizaje y compartir sobre las responsabilidades de liderazgo dentro de la misi\u00f3n salesiana. Las sesiones fueron facilitadas por el padre Camiel Swertvagher y el padre Gerald Umoh, con valiosas contribuciones del equipo DBTA, el padre Maximus Chikwem Okoro y el padre John Ngigi Njuguna. El programa abord\u00f3 temas clave como el liderazgo y la gobernanza, la animaci\u00f3n comunitaria y el rol espiritual y pastoral del director. En el taller participaron trece salesianos provenientes de siete inspector\u00edas y visitadur\u00edas africanas, en representaci\u00f3n de ACC, AFC, AGL, delegaci\u00f3n AFC-EST, AOS, ATE y MDG. Esta experiencia favoreci\u00f3 un fuerte esp\u00edritu de fraternidad y permiti\u00f3 a los participantes adquirir herramientas concretas para servir a sus comunidades con una visi\u00f3n renovada y un compromiso mayor.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
