Inicialmente se trata de un oratorio con una obra de asistencia y escuela profesional. Aqu&iacute; Don Bosco env&iacute;a a los primeros tres salesianos, entre los cuales el director, padre Giovanni Giuseppe Ronchail, un italiano de veinticinco a&ntilde;os, profeso desde hace tres a&ntilde;os.
