Nair\u00f3bi, Qu\u00eania \u2013 Janeiro de 2026 \u2013 Foi conclu\u00eddo com sucesso, em Nair\u00f3bi, o Curso de Forma\u00e7\u00e3o para Diretores, destinado a diretores rec\u00e9m-nomeados e a salesianos que se preparam para cargos futuros. O programa, com dura\u00e7\u00e3o de sete dias, foi organizado pelo Centro de Forma\u00e7\u00e3o Salesiano para a \u00c1frica e Madagascar (Don Bosco\u2013SAFCAM). A forma\u00e7\u00e3o foi conduzida pelo P. Camiel Swertvagher e pelo P. Gerald Umoh, com contribui\u00e7\u00f5es do time do DBTA, composto pelos padres Maximus Chikwem Okoro e John Ngigi Njuguna. O curso abordou temas como lideran\u00e7a, anima\u00e7\u00e3o comunit\u00e1ria, governan\u00e7a e as responsabilidades espirituais e pastorais de um diretor na miss\u00e3o salesiana. Participaram oito salesianos de quatro inspetorias e visitadorias africanas: P. Cheruiyot Keter (AFE), P. Weldu Gebremedhin (AET), P. Nguyen Vangia Cat Joseph (AGL), P. Ike Peace Francis (ANN), P. Odise Lazri (AFM), P. Njoku Augustin (ANN), P. Fisuh Mesegene Zahlay (AET) e P. Walter Kinanga Obiye (AFE).
