Na cerim\u00f4nia, o P. Juan Pablo Alcas, Superior da Inspetoria do Peru, apresentou oficialmente o Presidente Miguel Duharte Fern\u00e1ndez Cornejo e a nova Diretoria nacional. Perante a Assembleia, o Presidente fez a solene promessa de promover o esp\u00edrito apost\u00f3lico, servir com responsabilidade e unidade a todos os EXA-DB, refor\u00e7ar a uni\u00e3o entre as Associa\u00e7\u00f5es e dedicar-se especialmente ao bem dos jovens mais carentes. No final, o P. Alcas tamb\u00e9m anunciou oficialmente que o novo processo de anima\u00e7\u00e3o da Federa\u00e7\u00e3o Nacional ocorrer\u00e1 de 31 de janeiro de 2026 a 31 de janeiro de 2031, de acordo com a nova estrutura e os Estatutos assinados pelo Reitor-Mor, P.
