O encontro teve como eixo central o estudo e o aprofundamento do C&oacute;digo de &Eacute;tica, al&eacute;m da promo&ccedil;&atilde;o de boas pr&aacute;ticas no trabalho com crian&ccedil;as, adolescentes e jovens. Durante o dia, foi abordada a responsabilidade intr&iacute;nseca &agrave; miss&atilde;o de acompanhamento pastoral, assim como a necessidade de implementar protocolos que garantam o respeito e a prote&ccedil;&atilde;o dos menores. Os participantes ponderaram sobre sua fun&ccedil;&atilde;o como modelos de valores, alinhados ao carisma salesiano de educar bons crist&atilde;os e honestos cidad&atilde;os.
