Na reuni&atilde;o do Conselho Inspetorial, as reflex&otilde;es foram aprofundadas a partir da s&iacute;ntese da consulta feita com os Coirm&atilde;os salesianos em fevereiro, somadas &agrave;s contribui&ccedil;&otilde;es dos Diretores leigos e consagrados, apresentadas no encontro mais recente, em Manucho. O material gerado tornou-se um recurso estrat&eacute;gico para estabelecer as prioridades e lidar com os desafios da condu&ccedil;&atilde;o inspetorial nos anos vindouros. Al&eacute;m disso, o Conselho projetou o olhar para o futuro da realidade inspetorial, identificando os desafios emergentes, os processos que requerem fortalecimento e as novas iniciativas consideradas priorit&aacute;rias. Em sua primeira mensagem &agrave; Comunidade Inspetorial, o P. Boffelli manifestou gratid&atilde;o pelas numerosas demonstra&ccedil;&otilde;es de afeto, proximidade e apoio recebidas pela elei&ccedil;&atilde;o.
