RMG – Salesian Family Spirituality Days 2026: the links to follow the main moments of the event via live streaming
Once again this year, the Social Communication Sector is collaborating strongly with the event and will offer extensive and detailed coverage of the SFSD 2026 events which will be available in five languages (Italian, English, Spanish, French, and Portuguese).
There will be many moments visible to all via digital links:
– Thursday, 15 January at 3:30 p.m. (UTC+1), the opening session (with official presentation, video screening, and commentary on the Strenna by the Rector Major, Fr. Fabio Attard). This will be followed at 6:30 p.m. by the introductory Mass from the Basilica of Mary Help of Christians, presided over by the Rector Major.
– On Friday, 16 January at 8:30 a.m., there will be community prayer in the Teatro Grande and the first session of in-depth study of the Strenna, on the theme “Do whatever he tells you.”
– In the afternoon (at 4:30 p.m.), there will be a presentation on “The Apostolic Faith of St Maria Troncatti.”
– Saturday, January 17, at 9:00 a.m., Eucharistic celebration in the Basilica of Mary Help of Christians, again presided over by the XI Successor of Don Bosco; followed (at 10:25 a.m.) by a round table discussion on the theme “awakening and accompanying the faith of young people.”
– In the afternoon, at 3:00 p.m., there will be a special session dedicated to the 150th anniversary of the birth of the Salesian Cooperators, in an event entitled “Don Bosco’s prophetic dream continues,” which will be staged at the Teatro Grande in Valdocco.
– Finally, on the morning of Sunday, 18 January at 9:30 a.m., the closing Eucharistic celebration presided over by Fr Fabio Attard in the Basilica of Mary Help of Christians; and, subsequently (from 12 p.m.), the final session of the GSFS 2026.
