Cumiana, Italy – January 2026 – The monthly formation day took place at the Salesian house in Cumiana, not far from Turin on Sunday 11 January. It was organised by the Mary Help of Christians (ADMA) Primary Association, continuing the annual program on “Our faith, the faith of our children.” After morning prayers, the new World Spiritual Animator of ADMA, Fr Luis Eugenio Vargas Isaza, presented his availability to the group. Fr Roberto Carelli then gave the main catechesis, exploring the theme of faith as obedience, understood not as blind submission but as a relationship involving freedom and reason. He illustrated this concept through the parable of the Merciful Father and the example of Mary, Mother and Teacher in obedience. At the end of the catechesis, Fr Carelli also suggested some educational reflections in relation to the relationship with children. The day continued with moments of silence, personal prayer, adoration, and community lunch. In the afternoon, after the Rosary, the participants shared their experiences of faith, and the day ended with Mass concelebrated by the two priests.
