(ANS – Madrid) – Casa Don Bosco in Madrid hosted the general assembly of the Don Bosco Youth-Net network from 6 to 8 March 2026, aimed at promoting new projects at European level. Representatives from various European Salesian organisations gathered in Madrid with the main objective of strengthening the collaborative work of the network. During the days, delegates from different provinces shared best practices from their respective countries, discussed new initiatives for young people, and defined the next steps for the development of the network at the continental level. In addition to the technical work, the assembly proved to be a valuable opportunity for community building. Thanks to the face-to-face meeting, the spirit of unity among the various member organisations was strengthened. Direct links with the Salesian Congregation were also established, and in this regard, the participation of two guests from the youth ministry working group and the SYM Europe was particularly noteworthy. In conclusion, the day demonstrated the great vitality of European Salesian youth.
